             In this new version x is the ID defined in the ListObject.xml
             and not more the ID row of the camera alarmed. In this way is 
			 allow have a ID different of the ID row.

            milestone index if is -1 mean that the camera is not exist or
            is disabled.
*[IMP 03]   When is added a new camera via Milestone, EVI automatically 
            adds it in its ListObject.xml and assigns ID as (IDmax +1)
